Red Sky Food Group
Red Sky Food Group was established in April 2025 as a joint venture between Kingsford Investments and Literacy Capital.
The Red Sky portfolio comprises The Welsh Sausage Company (Langford’s), acquired in April 2025 and Delenco Foods, acquired in November 2025.
The combined group has approximately £40 million in revenue, a 120-strong workforce and two manufacturing sites in Welshpool and East London.
